My hibiscus is blooming! yay!
I haven’t seen flowers on her for quite awhile now. But she hasn’t dropped all of her leaves again either so that’s a good thing. I wasn’t too happy about that. Poor little tree.
Normally, she lives outside during the summer months, but with this crazy mixed up weather, who knows when she’ll get some fresh air.
For now, she’ll have to be content to sit in my kitchen and stare out the patio doors. Poor thing.

I put mine outside during the day and brought it in at night. But I forgot it one night and it dropped leaves like crazy…they got cold burned.
It’s showing new growth again but it looks totally pathetic :(

Mine does that in the house! Twice now! I told it off and it’s scared now I think, so no more of that. LOL!

What a gorgeous photo! Thanks for visiting my blog and asking a question. I’ll write a post on it, but I didn’t want you to have to wait until I got around to it. I bought my drop cloths at Lowes and, yes, they are beige when you buy them. I bleached the heck out of them to get them to a “natural” color. I first washed the material to soften it. Then, I filled the washer and added a lot of bleach. I allowed the material to soak for a few hours and then started the washer again to complete the cycle. I finished with one more wash with just soap. You can continue to repeat this process, if necessary. They will not bleach to perfect white, so if that’s what you want, spend the extra money and buy white cotton duck or twill.

very pretty. that’s one flower I don’t have. they seem a little delicate but that may be my misconception.
